The controller of the data processing operation is Plaber S.r.l., headquartered at Via Divisione Tridentina 10, Bassano del Grappa 36061 (Vicenza) Italy.


Data processing operations connected with the web services on this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters of Plaber S.r.l. and are handled only by technical staff of the office entrusted with processing, or possibly by parties entrusted with occasional maintenance operations.
Processing is carried out on data stored in electronic archives at the premises of the company, whose access to the data is limited to maintenance procedures in accordance with the provisions of appendix B.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or distributed.


Navigation-related data

In the course of normal operation, computer systems and software procedures deployed for the purpose of running this website will gather certain items of personal data (in log files), which must necessarily be transmitted when using internet communication protocols.
The information in question is not collected so that it can be associated with identified data subjects, but by reason of its nature, when processed and associated with data held by third parties, could nonetheless enable the identification of users.

Subjects to whom the personal data refer are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation as to the existence or otherwise of this same data and to be made familiar with its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or ask that it be added to or updated or corrected (article 7 of Legislative Decree n° 196/2003 ).
Pursuant to this same article, the data subject is entitled at any time to request the deletion, anonymization or inhibition of data processed in breach of statutory regulations, and in any event to oppose processing of the data for legitimate reasons.

Obligations of the purchaser
It is strictly prohibited for the purchaser to enter false and/or fictitious and/or imaginary data during the registration procedure needed in order to activate the steps of implementing the present agreement and relative further communications.
The customer relieves Plaber S.r.l. of all liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents as a result of errors in data submitted by the customer, given that the customer is solely responsible for correct submission of the data.
